Eoraptor broken?

I can't seem to get any cards to automate or boost eoraptor other than the things that boost other dinos. It says it is upgradeable, but I can't upgrade it. I don't know how to replicate this, but all I know is the symbol on the right that says there's an upgradeable card that boosts this Dino isn't showing up for me anywhere. It's as though I don't have access to it
