Cant get the event ranking

I cant get the event ranking while i have the internet for whole day

Every time it happens to me it gets fixed after restarting the app

I think it's still happening. I had my game run for a few hours minimized and used from time to time without shutting it down. Now I checked my ranking, killed the app and restarted it. Under one minute between checks I unexpectedly moved down in the ranking

From my point of view it looks like at some point during being minimized the app stops refreshing the points of other players
