#Can't seem to link my roles

I've followed all the directions, and reached the point where i can see my available roles in the linked roles list, when clicking on one of them, it says i have to verify the account, so I click on the link to do so which opens a new browser window with the message "invalid authorization header".
I've tried in the iOS app, the Mac OS app and now finally directly in chrome and safari web browsers, no luck.

Yup, and semblance is in the list of authorised apps, i just can’t verify the account
