hey @meager ingot sorry to hear this happened. Are you able to send your player ID which is accessible by clicking on the top right button and looking in the side panel that pops up?
Also if you can make sure to have an account set up with us with our game transfer system and put your save up on the cloud that would be very helpful!

we had an issue where claiming the reward would lower peoples infinity pass time. Seems that happened to you and then you updated. If you refresh you game you should see that you have been gifted 90 days of infinity pass as compensation
