Hello everyone! Does anyone know how to fix it? I didn't cheat, I just saved it to the cloud and logged in from my computer and I dropped from 1st place to 195thnow such a crazy top shows on the phone and on the computer.

same here, never cheated ever in this game, went for a nap as #1 or 2 in division 11, 3 hours later i'm in cheater division like you

and looking where to get someone to look at it manually

i don't really know , but what i found out over the last 30 minutes or so is when the autocheat thingy finds you to be a cheater you get put into this division

probably, it was synced with the top when I was farming from my phone, and on the computer the version was before saving to the cloud and weak statistics, that's why I was farming from my phone, and the game was also on on the computer

thing is i never played on anything except pc, synched to steamcloud, never changed the time, used no macros, hotkeys or whatever, all i use is the infinity pass for this month and sometimes i jumble one hand on the keyboard - which should be fine as it's manual

Well, I play on both my phone and my computer, maybe that's why it broke.

what does your division look like?

i hope so as i never did anything that could be considered badf, except for spending too much time on this game 😹

well the older post said to 'ping a mod' but i don't see them as their own group, and at the same time pinging devs is forbidden, so i'll just wait a day or so and if no mod got involved i'll write per email

tbh i cared(!) most about the badge, not the reward, the normal placing is just that "numbers go up" gives a warm fuzzy feeling.

but being accused of cheating when i didn't irks me to infinity

well most likely yes, I was thrown into this division for too much growth compared to the previous save

yeah it's weird, i played for hours at the end of james webb, restarted client between events and just played the new event for roughly... 3-4 hours before going to read and nap for another 4 hours

thanks, any reason you are able to shed some lights on what caused this? within reason of course... since in the days before that hit i've used multiple different phone tethers to connect, and sometimes my current (problematic) cable connection, and this is the only thing i thought that might be the cause... if it wasn't or you can't because of the nature of the auto detection i understand it.

Sorry about that! It was actually a manual error on my end, and I’ve been working on rolling it back. Have you been hit by this before? this should be the first time something like this happening. Things have been a bit hectic with the Infinity Pass issue, but I’ll get it sorted soon. Thanks for understanding and apologies for the inconvinience ❤️

no never happened before since i started playing 2+ years ago, and i understand stuff happening, though i'm not a coder i work in systems integration, to me you guys are artists ^^ like i said i totally understand and all is fine ❤️
