it happens when u reboot the primary
i was trying to reach singularity in 1 min
when u unlock things that is above mammal
the screen will change to like "Trophy Unlock"
tho I already unlock before reboot

That sometimes happens, but now it doesn't. I think it appears around ~100s of reboots. No idea how and why.
