Restarted the Fungi event for a second run through and the buying nanobots seemed to purchase Mycology a lot. Didn't get a picture but it kept flashing green, although as you can see I did get a picture of them clustering around it. Can't buy it again manually.

I've figured it out a bit more. Seems to happen when a new upgrade is unlocked, the nanobots buying it doesn't flag it as bought for them so they keep buying it.

Oh. So it's if you buy an upgrade manually before them while they were in buying mode or they just buy the upgrade and then keep trying to buy that ?
