Shinies in Beyond, when they don't open a window offering to quadruple their reward, can be clicked multiple times and give their reward for each click.
I haven't tested this in other modes, so it might be present there too.
Most prominent with auto clickers, of course, but can be done to some extent with manual clicking too.
As illustrated, I go from 1.38e93 to 1.63e93 (about 2.5e92 gained) from a 2.24e91 reward (my other income is negligible here)
