I recently started on my mobile and got darwiniom from the latest news, no problem there tho. Now i just got it on steam, uploaded and download my save to my pc. But now i can claim all those rewards again.

Yes there are some issues with save synchronization, it also works with darwinium codes (that's annoying for devs but not for players 
)
