I levelled Sirius to 10 and the rank-up reward gave me its payout card. I purchased the trait and it seems to work, but it doesn't show on the tree or in the global card list (img1), only in the star's own traits page (img2).
I thought rank 1 reward is supposed to give the speed/automation card all the time; but if it isn't, the payout card should display properly.

Bump. It keeps happening in later episodes. Seems completely random what cards I get, one time I didn't find any speed/auto cards in 2 rank-ups. Very annoying.
