didn't get the prize from last event

So I haven't update the game for the rock event. When the previous event ended and the rock event started, the game asked me to update the game. When I updated the game, I didn't get option to claim the prize from previous event

Weird, I guess I can't do anything, just hope devs can understand how this bug happens and how to solve the issue.
