start beyond 26
get offline for a bit
go back to beyond
every object is now treated as a new interstellar object
this happens every time you exit out and come back, but not the first time you get there

Actual interstellar objects from previous Beyond episodes are not affected.

“Unlocking” the moon forces you to do an astronomy mission, which if you don’t have any, it soft locks you.

Seconded on Android OS 14, Version 29.21

Objects acting like they are undiscovered is not fixed by force quitting, or by restarting the level.

Astronomy Mission bricking is not solved by restarting the level or by completing a different mission, but can be bypassed by force quitting.

Yeah, the new 29.21 beta (on iOS 17.6.1) makes the situation worse by doing the cutscenes without even going online.
