Clouds graphic bug on UI

In Primary simulation when being in civilization area with the Map Mode, the clouds overlap the UI.

Same thing than above for where it appear, clouds also overlap there

Still same thing, it also appear when opening the menu for the cloud save/data transfer and link discord
