#Cannot scroll to view mutagen prices for rank upgrades in Mesozoic Valley on iPad OS

When i'm in the Mesozoic Valley and want to upgrade a trait I can't see the mutagen cost for rank ups and cannot scroll down to view them either.

assuming they didn't edit the screenshot, this persons screen size is 1032x1376 (just thought it might be helpful for fixing)
