Can't claim event rewards after finishing

This bug started after the Tea event, I successfully finished the event, even was in the second rerun. After the event ended, the button shortcut to the event changed to green with the loading circle instead of showing the position I finished in. Since then I am not able to get to the events through the shortcut button,it's still green with the loading circle. Now the Music event is over, I can't claim prizes from it either, although I finished in top 50.
I play on Android phone, I cleared cache and rebooted the phone but it didn't fix anything. Is there anything else I can do besides reinstalling the game?

I also can't claim my music event rewards after I updated the game

There is no option to claim rewards and my logits have no increased so I don't think it auto collected

It has only happened for the music event

After the update the green icon disappeared. I didn't get to claim rewards but at least now the event button works. Hopefully I will be able to get rewards from current event after it's over

In my playstore, the game updated normally like any other app

Is it possible to get the rewards? If not then I am okay with that too. I just don't want this to happen again

Happened to me too. Updated the game before claiming the reward (didn't log in since a couple of days). No rewards

I meant this claim icon, this was part of a bug that we fixed on the latest patch

No, I didn't open my game after the event ended, when I updated and opened it there was no option for claim

No, it worked perfectly every other time

Could you upload your game onto the Cloud Save system and then share your email with me in DMs ?

I did have the green icon - after the update it fixed itself but did not receive rewards for the past two events (though I received darwinium as a compensation so can't complain LOL).

Yeah unfortunately we can't automatically give you back the rewards for those older events, but you should get your rewards properly from the next time, do let me know if you guys face any issues with it
