After spending in-game earned Darwinium anytime I attempt to use some and don't have enough, I'm presented with a menu to buy more cubes, however there are no offers or packages to buy more. The game is launched from the steam client in my library, and I am always connected to the internet. I've linked accounts to both an email and discord for cloud transfers and stat updating.

Ditto here, launching from Steam client, restarted the game a bunch of times but whenever I tried to buy Darwinium I'd get a pause (the words "Modal text" flash by quickly at the bottom of the screen). Eventually I tried too many times I guess and I got this error. I tried both buying the limited time special offer and the regular bundles but neither worked.

Thanks. I did end up restarting, but I still can't buy Darwinium. All the other links from the game (to the merch page or various social media pages) work though.

I have the same problem on my PC. Opening links from within the game works fine. I tried disabling the windows firewall etc. but it doesn't help. I can also transfer the game to my Steam Desk and buy them there - and then transfer the game back. But it's a huge headache to do.
(I also tried to reinstall the game)

Thanks for the suggestion @green brook , but unfortunately that's not it for me (though that would have been my first guess too). It's already enabled... I tried disabling it and restarting and reenabling, but no dice 😦

PS: after trying all the download settings and clearing temp download files and making sure my Steam client was up to date, I resorted to uninstalling Steam and reinstalling from a new download. That seems to have fixed my problem.
