Playing yesterday, I spotted a seeming presentation only bug with the calculated rate per second for generators with duration of more than one second. The value shown appeared not to include the boost multiplier (x4 Overdrive). The overall rate (at the top) appeared to show the correct total, e.g.:
Having completed the challenge once, on the second go through it appears the total production for these generators is not being multiplied by the challenge level multiplier. This seems to apply to all displayed values including the total production, e.g.
By my calculations, Primitive Bees should be at 375K (base) x 4 (Overdrive) x 4 (Johnston's Organ) x 2 (challenge level) x 24 = 28.8B
