Account lost due to steam cloud error

I got a new pc and dont have the data or a game transfer profile.
I'm hoping that it would be possible to recover the account as I got given a new account upon installing.
My only proof would be cube purchase and my account name.

I dont have any ways to recover the account besides the devs being kind enough to actually give it back.
My only proof is that I've bought cubes and have used my name everywhere

I know a few things for the cell account that "a random person" wouldn't

Hey I checked with our systems and unfortunately we dont have your saves in our backup systems. Do you by any chance have access to your old PC ?

I can restore a similar save for you, could you create a cloud save account and share your email with me ?

So I make a cloud save account for the current new one I have, and then it can be overwritten?

Yeah you could do that, I just need your email that you have used for your cloud save account - you don't have to upload saves onto it

Reload your game and you should be able to claim logits from the main simulation ^^

I gifted both Darwinium and Logits, The darwinium was compensation since we're not able to restore all of your badges, reload again and you should be able to claim them
