I unlocked the achievement and redeemed the reward (black hole)

I closed the game and came back later to find it redeemable again.

I closed the game again and found I can do this over and over

I am able to redeem the rewards for the Argo Navis achievement unlimited amount of times

Actually you don't even need to close the game

Just switching modes and back to beyond allows it to be redeemed again

This error still occurs for me. What's more, every time I change simulations, I can collect rewards from an event that is still ongoing.
