Game freeze after overdrive

I pressed the ad button to get an overdrive but I already had 71h, 59min, 25sec.
When going back to the game, it was 72h 0000, and I think the game was confused as to which pop-up to give me, so everything just froze except two timers :

Umm I didn't try but I think it would be pretty difficult
