Idea no longer produces metabits

I started a fresh core simulation. While I was upgrading all my stuff I noticed, that none of the cultural upgrades added anything to the metabit production. In addition I bought a lot of the additional cultural upgrades with the exploration points and they don't improve the Metabits production too.

I dunno if you just changed it or it is a problem in the current state of the game.

when on my testing save, i noticed that ideas do not seem to increase metabit production until you get singularity for the first time. if this is after your first reboot, then maybe your making so few ideas compared to entropy that it doesn't have a visible effect on metabit production
