In the new 26_18 Beta, when I upgraded the Orion Spur to Rank 1, I became stuck in the garden with no interface except for the settings menu. When I upgraded the Perseus Arm to Rank 1 the same thing happened. Closing and restarting the game fixed it.
It's still happening in 26_20.
