The badges earned in the Cats event do not show up in the main badge tab.

This has been added to our bug tracking system as the issue CELL-2832. As we resolve that issue, updates will be posted back here.

It's like the badges became transparent once I started the challenge part of the event.

Starting cat event for the second time, I do see the 30% bonus, and upon collecting the first badge it does show that I have 2. They still do not appear under the primary tab however.

3rd round on Cat event, previously earned badges from 2 prior events now gone completely, as is the accompanying boost%. Had to start from scratch. Please help!

Fourth running of Cat event starting today, same thing, all previously earned badges gone completely, no boost%, appears to be starting from scratch again. I should now have four copies of each badge including the set earned today.

Same. Should we e opening ticket? Not that that helps, I'm still missing a bunch of badges after a phone crash

The devs clarified that because of the issues with the Cat event badges, all badges from that event will be reset and we all will start with 0 cat event badges.
