seems to be a bug, I've got 3 different numbers personally, top says 235%, 243% if I tap it and check the badge rank bonus, and if I sum up my badges (14 t1 = 70, 9 t2 = 90, 7 t3 = 105) I get 265

The 25% takes effect the next time the event comes around. It will NOT take affect during the event to keep things balanced.
