I returned to the game yesterday after a long hiatus to find a lot more content. I created a profile for leaderboards yesterday but today I can't see any leaderboards. I've also seen the notice about 'cheaters' being removed from leaderboards and I wonder if the sudden point gains from reactivating my old save made me look like a cheater and got me barred from that part of the game.
I'm playing on android (latest version) and used the same avatar name as here (with _ instead of spaces). This avatar name is showing as unavailable in the current event.

I did check for updates before posting and none were available. The Play Store is showing no recent updates installed either.
Game version (now I've found it) is showing as 25_68 (or possibly 25_6B).

I doubt your afk gains would have flagged you as a cheater. Theres diminishing returns so its not like you wouldve suddenly had a huge amount.
Which leaderboards are you referring to?
- There’s the neural network leaderboards that show overall research progress for the main game. This is found on the main simulation, in the Reality Engine menu (where you spend metabits)
- The event leaderboards are found in the Exploration Hub, are unique to each event, and are reset whenever the event ends. The event that was active yesterday ended about 5 hours hefore your post here, and another one has since started. There’s almost no way you would’ve been banned on the event, because everyone starts at zero for every event, no matter how long they’ve been playing for.

I think it was the former I joined yesterday; now I am invited to create an ID whichever I try to look at. I joined while the previous event was running, but didn't start that event.
