If you level up something to rank 20, the game keeps letting you to buy further ranks on that item even though 20 is maximum. It offers buying 200 items no matter how many you have. This is annoying because it then looks like there's something ready for an upgrade even though there's not.

This is because after rank 20 it just cuts off further payout multiplier bonuses and extra cards and rankings but you can still buy more to make it produce more stardust
Sure it can be ineffective but it’s the devs choice and not a bug

AFAICT it is a bug, because if you choose "buy rank" you should be buying by rank, yet that's not what happens. Try it.

Lol. What? This channel is quite literally for our reporting of issues, so indeed I'd report it here. Now whether that issue is actually WAI, unexpected outcome, or flat out bug, is something only devs would know. So you're a bit out of line telling others what is or isn't a bug and where they should or shouldn't be reporting them.
