evey time i try to do the first universe upgrade, the game crashes. every single tim, no matter what i try to do to fix it

update: managed to get around it by doing on my computer so might just be that my phone is just too old for certain things

What device do you have and its specs ?

not sure about specs but its the LG Stylo 4 i believe
