Switching to beta in the middle of the event places you in a new race

Yesterday I was in normal version and was close to finishing the money event, today before opening the game i decided to change to beta since at that time outbreak event already ended and i wanted to finish the money event while having access to beyond episode 24, but when i went into the event, i noticed I'm in a new race, and was placed in the first place after finishing (Should've been second if not the accidental race change)

That's prob because the game doesn't transport the race data when switching between normal game and beta for some reason
