Lost progress

After reinstalling the game after not playing it for a few weeks, all my progress is completly gone. It starts like if it was a new account.

Check "Save restore" option in menu

I believe there's nothing you can do to get back your save, you can contact [e-mail] and they should help you get a new save with at least similar progress
