Let's see
There's a button that says "Game transfer", you need to click it and then a pop up appears, there, you need to click "Transfer save data" (sometimes you even need to log in first then click it), and only then finally you see the screen with save files
One clearly says "Download cloud save" and under it there's a very understandable button "Download to this device"
Second one says "Upload local save" and there's a really clear button under it too that says "Upload to cloud"
If you somehow download a wrong save, I believe save restore option should save you, if you somehow upload the wrong one to cloud, I believe "View cloud save history" should save you too
So, respectfully, if you screwed that, you clearly wasn't thinking when doing that
