Potential Visual Bug in the Visual Art Exploration Event in Beta release 24_27

There seems to be something off in the Visual Art Exploration Event in Beta - I have completed the event (12/12) but the card still shows 9/12 and indicates that the Race is finished .... a bug maybe (albeit a visual one).
