for example for eoraptor 89x7.97 is 709.33 not 109 and it says e21 for + but e26 above it

I agree: 89 x 7.97e21 should be 709.33e21 or 7.09e23. As long as you are buying 1x or Max, the ones you cannot afford should show correctly.
I suspect that Mesozoic does not factor in bonuses in that number, unlike the other games.
Your Argentinosaurus is off by a factor of 10.8, your Mosasaurus by 12.79, and your Eoraptor by 153.67. See if your cards give those bonuses (approximately... decrease in time cards are tricky in this calculation...).
