Going through upgrades and stuff when all of the sudden there was an uncontrollable UI in the beyond where the carina nebula is spammed 100s of times a second, Causing lag to the game and unable to interact with other UI (Ie esc). Only happened once and unable to replicate nor do I know the exact cause.
