Before unlocking Argentinosaurus, I found both the payout & speed cards in the shop early. I bought them so I would be easily able to upgrade once unlocked. However, when reaching level 44 & unlocking it, the cards to upgrade have disappeared, both speed & payout. Yet, the card icon beside it shows up as green, meaning there are cards to upgrade.
I've tried refreshing the app to no avail. Any fix to this?

This happened to me with one of the T-rex cards, and it happens with an archosaur card every time i prestige & it disappears after a few ranks. Idk how to fix it i was just saying

So that means if it were to happen, it'd reappear on rank ~49

I've seen this report for some time. So the dino valley works like this for the cards. It's rank locked. Your progress is restricted to your current rank. The shop may sell you cards that you cannot use/upgrade in your rank. That is happening to you.
It works like, you unlock a dino in rank X, the next rank, you can use/upgrade the automation/speed card, in the next rank, you can use the payout card, repeat for each dino.
When you prestige, you reset your entire progress, keeping all the gold and silver cards, all the other cards are reset and you have to get em again.
As was pointed by you, the prestige card upgrades with every new prestige rank.
I myself was a little confused with this mechanic, until I've understood it.
Also, you bought the card, you don't lose it. When you reach the rank to use it, it'll be there, so like if you bought the automation or payout card before the needed rank, when you reach it, you'll be able to unlock it already, since rank 1 for that is just one card.

Exactly, 46 you can use the automation/speed, on 47 you’ll be able to use the payout card
