Everytime when i prestige this card in the mesozoic valley dissapears, but after like 5 ranks it comes back. On my second or third prestige this happened but with a t-rex card. The card is there but it is invisible?

You have to meet the minimum requirement for the card to show up every time you Prestige. Then it will show up with the full number of levels you have purchased in it from before.

ONLY Rare and Epic (silver and gold) cards are kept at their levels. The specific dino (speed/payout for each dino) are reverted back to 0.

I unlock the card in rank 2, and i got it, leveled it up like twice, in rank 3 its invisible. It's in the card shop & i can buy it, but it's not there until i get far in a rank

it's at best a visual glitch, but I'm pretty sure it's a "we're not going to show you a card until you get the benefits of it" intentional decision

Can confirm that the card visually disappear. Yet as you can see on the circle around Archosaur, it is still active despite being "Hidden".
Purchasing the 2nd Dino, "Ornithischia", the card will again be shown. This happens at every Asteroid and valley rank upgrade.
