When I completed the Serpens constellation today, the Eagle nebula did not speed up. In the screen shots, you can see that I have completed the Serpens constellation, but the time that it takes for the Eagle nebula to complete one cycle is still 48 seconds, which is what it was at when I first obtained it. (I should also note that I have completed the Perseus constellation which should also increase its speed as well.)
