Today I changed my device to a new one but lost my beyond 23 progress and much more. Is there a way to load these back? Please help. Google Play Games didn't help much...

Wrong tags but did you use game transfer to transfer your game to your new phone or just hoped that Google Play had your latest save?

You can send your save from old phone to cloud using game transfer

And then download it onto your new phone
