constellation research always offer 1 point

I've finished like 10 but none of them offered more than 1, what's the meaning writing 1-3 if it has so low chance to earn more than 1? I mean you can do like 6 dwarf star research for the same time duration and they sometimes offer constellation points, it's just unreasonable.

all star research has a chance to produce constellation fragments, originally that was the only way to get them, pure rng, they later added the 3 day research to give a guaranteed way to get constellation fragments if you were having bad luck. later still came the dwarf stars, if you don't want a guaranteed con fragment you don't need to run the con fragment research

I mean it could just say 1, or state clearly how much probability do you get 1+

I'm okay with 1% for 3 3% or 2 or something

I don't think the drop rate on any of the astronomy missions is known, as far as I can tell, my assumption would be that the drop rate on multiple star fragments from the guaranteed one is the same as getting any on the others
