Well technically you CAN get them from white dwarfs, but the chance is 2% for one

Text is misleading. It suggest it is expected to be unlocked with mission only.

While as per your definition it is from usual way to unlock cards.

It may be interpreted as impossible to get unless mission done and then from usual way.

Description need to be adjusted to avoid confusion if it's not expected to be unlock from mission.

While Mission definition for my understanding is those you get during the level up of the rank.

Once rank is maxed there are not any missions anymore.

That is creating feeling = mission bug as not getting that one unlock.
