For some reason, I've been unable to access the event. I see the release notes for it, and I see that other people are playing it. However, there's nowhere in the game to access it/the icon isn't there. I deleted the game and re-installed it, but to no success. Play Store doesn't show that it needs to be updated. What are my next steps?

I have the same issue. I have to select the open option near the ad for the event on the App Store. Nothing shows on the main game. Also uninstalled and reinstalled but nothing changes. Not sure if my progress will be saved across or not. I’ve finished the event now so would lose all rewards if it doesn’t.

The open option? When I go to the playstore, there's an option for "Play" but that's it. It just opens the game as is.

No the issues never got resolved, I just figured I wouldn't be able to play it. But I'm on version 22_93
