As can be seen in the screen shots, I do have episode 23 generators up to levels 3 and higher. But there are no achievements for this like there have been in other episodes. The last achievement is for the Hourglass Nebula, which is an episode 22 generator.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is something that was a lower priority for this release. I am just noting it here so that it doesn't get forgotten.
