Since the update, there are a number of ads (the long ones too) that either go to a black screen when they are done playing (not returning to the game) or just simply crashing the game and having to restart the game

its like. one of the long ones 30seconds+ mostly the ones with the "timer bar" on the bottom, then it goes to black
like i have been told you guys don't' have control over ads but its mental that the difference in ad length can be anywhere from 5 seconds to nearly a minute.

Yeah that is correct, we dont have control over the ad themselves. The ads are served by different "Ad networks" which we can toggle.
Narrowing them down to which ad network is causing the issue would help us figure out the problem and solve it
We do currently have a rough idea of why this might happen, I'll keep you updated on it

And/or not going back to the game and it is always those "scam" games that play with the 30 second + ads (royal match and the like). it's absurd

iOS: X visible at top right, as played to this point and crashed. Clicking does nothing anywhere.
I was able to shift windows to another app and come back, and it collected the reward, returning to the game as if everything worked fine.

Thanks for breaking the game during christmas break. Maybe don't update the game if your ads are going to crash the game every time you update the game.
Maybe give the person playing the ad the reward BEFORE the ad plays so at least they get the bonus while watching the ad that crashes the entire game.

Why tf are you villainizing the devs? They're great, and they want to resolve all the bugs in the game
