Back in beta 22_34 and 22_45 I had the same thing, yet still wasn't fixed. In the public version the bug stays and it requires a client relaunch so it will fix.

P.S: the bug appears when you have discovered new generators — Nebulas and then bought Moon for the first time.

This seems to be about the PlayerPrefs, a locally stored file, getting lost or reset. That file is how the game tracks that you've already seen these cutscenes and the tutorial. For quite a while, we've had this happen to people on occasion, but in the last few betas, there has been a big increase in how often it's happening to people.

Yes, this was happening each beta release.
I thought this will be fixed in 22_45, but it wasn't even in public release

The bug is still not fixed in BETA 23_08 and requires app restart to fix it.
