Just reset to Beyond: Episode 22 and found that every generator I purchase now displays "Interstellar Object Discovered" - yes, even the Sun. Additionally, unlocking the Moon has prompted the game to give me a tutorial on Astronomy Missions, which refuses to go away until I complete it. Problem being, it appears that the Moon astronomy mission is the mission prompt the game is expecting me to accept, as while completing a different Astronomy Mission (Dark Matter, not Constellation ;p ) causes the "collect rewards" pop-up to appear, the game is still nagging me to take the astronomy mission it wants me to take.

Interestingly enough, restarting the game fixes the Astronomy Mission tutorial bug, so it's not necessarily a game-breaker. Even more interestingly, the "Interstellar Object Discovered" part of the bug desists after unlocking Neptune.

It also happened to me when i started rank 17 (i'm not sure of the number, but i know it's the one where you unlock Alpha Centauri). It showed me the tutorial for astronomy missions and the "interstellar object discovered" animation. i simply restarted the game and nothing more happened.

Thank you, @primal anvil , @spring talon . This is due to the PlayerPrefs getting ignored or reset. Knowing that it happened on the public version is really helpful!
