Cannot get reality engine upgrade to buy with metabits

Hello,

I'm rather far in the game well I think so : finished the star quest (I'm playing in french so the name is au-dela), i'm level 36 in mezozoic valley and level E11 (but with a 2 green above) in main simulation.

as simulation is really slow, i checked on the internet and I saw another feature :
But, I saw recently that i'm supposed to have a tree which I can update with metabits in reality engine. But I only get : "physique de l'hyperclick" and "traitement holographique des données" ... why ?

Those are what the green dot with the number 2 beside it is referring to, those two upgrades

Can you explain with more detail what's the issue? Are you having problems getting enough metabits to buy upgrades on the reality engine?

@pallid lantern If you are trying to buy the upgrades, it won't let you unless you End Simulation. You will then have the ability to buy those upgrades. Also, those two are probably the first two upgrades you can buy in the Reality Engine. You will get more over time.

ok; problem is that I have enough metabits, and I end the simulation; I'm on steam; when I end the simulation, before the start, I click on the upgrade where it's written 1 or 7 metabits (I have almost 10 mb), there is a "V" telling me i have selected this and then I click on simulation; BUT it does not buy me the amelioration; so I suppose I should do more than clicking on the amerlioration. What Am I doing wrong ? thank you so much; it's getting me crazy

So you're clicking on the upgrade once?

I think once would select it and second time would buy it

Idk if that's the issue, but that's the only thing I can think of

grrrrrrr ..... I'm stupid ; yes that's the answer ... when I know I've spent so many hours in the game for nothing; that makes me grrrr... thank you very much
