The first objective in beyond chapter 20 is to get Neptune to rank 13, but this seems to be a mistake (either in number or in order). The 4th objective is Sirius rank 7, which costs as much as Neptune rank 12 (much less rank 13).
Because of this, I suspect that the Neptune rank is supposed to be 11 or 12. If this is not the case, that objective should be placed after the Sirius objective.

Yeah, but usually sun rank 15 is cheaper than mars rank 2 (and goes in price order for similar rewards)
