#All of my game progress got Removed, with no way of getting it back.

Loading saves doesn't work, they don't properly load and I end up at the beginning of the game, with no upgrades, and no access to the other game modes.

Here is a step by step of how it happened

  1. I was playing the pollination event. My pc Crashed. After reopening the game, everything was fine in the Main Simulation
  2. Then I went back to the pollination event, all the progress there was deleted.
  3. I then went to the Beyond, all of my progress was still there
  4. Afterwards I went to the Mesozoic valley. All of my progress there was lost, and I was back to T1
  5. I then went back to the main simulation, and everything was gone, I couldn't go back to any other gamemode afterwards.
  6. I then tried reloading saves, but they would always load with no progress.

My game is updated to the latest version.
I did have my browser and another game open when it crashed.

I have the same problem, but in Android. I was playing the polination event, half way through it, closed out the app, opened it now and it's all gone

Is the bug consistently reproducable even after using save restore ? If it is then could you please record a video of it so that we can try to reproduce it on our end ?

It feels like your mesozoic valley progress loss and the event progress reset are two separate bugs thonk

now that I have come back to it, it seems like the saves that didn't work before are loading properly now

I recommend using the "game transfer" feature to backup your working save file onto the cloud before experimenting with this bug ^^

Having the save file would help us figure out what went wrong specifically in your case, we could try reproducing it on our own machines if we get the video

here is a quick video of me loading the save file, appearantly the upgrades to the main simulation are still there, even tho they are't showing and the game treats me like a new player

just went to the beyond, progress there is completely reseted so the bug seems to have deleted random save data

I wasnt able to reproduce it on my end using your repro steps, wondering if you were able to reproduce it again
