I found out there a achievement they didn't add yet probably on steam but it's known on the wiki hidden secrets
Get the achievement Here, Kitty, Kitty by petting the cat in Ancient Civilization garden. You must purchase "Cat Domestication" from the logit store and the unlocked upgrades in the main simulation to spawn the woman and cat in the garden. Click on the cat to have the woman pet him.
