Megabit production slowing down.

Everytime I open the game after a couple of hours, the megabit production rate is slowing. On the screenshot, you can see it going from 5.44 to 5.42 to 5.37. nothing was bought or changed in the duration of this time. That does not seem normal.

Then what's the logic of megabit production? How is it related to time?

The amount of entropy and ideas needed to create a megabit increases as you generate more metabits

Why do I keep calling them megabits

So basically

You generate metabits when you pass the entropy and idea requirement

And this requirement increases over time as more metabits are generated

Which is visualized as production slowing down

I thought it might also be worth mentioning that offline production is 32% of online production

And as such metabits also slow down when offline
