So I have a set of badges from he first time the event was run but on the second time instead of the 30% that it should have been it was only 25% as the second and third badges have the same percentage at 10% each I have a pair of pictures that show this better I hope this helps.

I've looked at the other sets of badges and all the other badges are as the should be the first at 5% the second at 10% and the third at 15% so its only the third music badge that seems to have this bug in version 21_45 I hope this is helpful.
